Ingredients to make Loaded naan chips platter:

150g packet of Tez Tandoori Naan Chips
1 tomato, chopped finely
½ an onion, chopped finely
Lemon juice (to taste)
Optional: crushed dried fenugreek (kasuri methi)

Steps to make Loaded naan chips platter:

1.
Mix together the chopped tomato and onion with lemon juice and salt to taste.
2.
Empty the bag of Tez Tandoori Naan Chips on a large platter.
3.
Spoon the tomato and onion mixture evenly over the chips.
4.
Add a generous squeeze of Sriracha Mayo and another swirl of Mint Mayo on top.
5.
Garnish with crushed kasuri methi and serve as is.
