Half a cup of soaked chickpeas will yield more than one cup of chana when cooked. This chana chaat is the perfect snack for any time of day! A perfect pairing with chai, this chaat recipe is delicious and healthy! We’ve added a twist to the traditional chana chaat by dressing it up with our Chipotle Mayo for a smoky and spicy kick!

Ingredients to make Chipotle chana chaat recipe:

½ cup chickpeas, soaked
1 potato
½ onion, chopped finely

Steps to make Chipotle chana chaat recipe:

1.
Boil or pressure cook the chickpeas with salt until tender. Drain and set aside.
2.
Chop the potatoes into small pieces, then boil or deep fry them until they are soft.
3.
Add the cooked chana and potatoes to a mixing bowl with the chopped onions.
4.
Mix well with Chipotle Mayo so everything is well coated.
5.
Garnish with fresh coriander and serve.
