The Seller reserves the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.

(b) Upon cancellation, your refund (if payment made by electronic mode or mixed payment methods) will be processed soon thereafter.

(c) Upon cancellation, You will be notified of the same by email and refund about cancellation will be made in the following manner:

1. Electronic payment (credit card, debit card or net banking) refunds are processed within 2-4 business days to the original payment source used at the time of placing the order.
2. Mixed Payment (credit card or credit points) – The refund amount shall be paid through the same mode of payment. The gift card amount shall be added to your account under points and can be used for redemption towards future purchases.

(d) Fine Print

1. Refunds to happen through the same mode by which the payment was made.
2. If your refund doesn’t appear in ‘Your Account’, and the processing time for your payment method has passed, contact Us for further assistance.

You shall indemnify on demand and hold Wingreens and/or its affiliates, Us and/or Our affiliates, associates and their respective owners, shareholders, officers, directors, agents and employees, harmless, from any claim or demand or actions including reasonable attorneys’ fees made by any third party or penalty imposed due to, or arising out of:
