Wingreensworld.com is committed to delivering your order in good quality packaging within 7 days. We dispatch orders throughout the week, except on Sundays and public holidays. To ensure that your order reaches you in good condition and in the shortest span of time, we ship through reputed courier agencies only. Please note, we may dispatch your order in multiple shipments to preserve the freshness of the products.

Where do you ship?

We currently ship our ambient products across India. Fresh dips are currently available in major metropolitan cities. Please enter your pincode in the pincode validator to view the products available in your area.

How are orders shipped?

We currently ship our ambient range pan-India via courier. Our ambient range includes products from Raw Pressery, Spice Rack, Organik Country, Impatient Baker, Wingreens Farms, and Monsoon Harvest. These products are shelf stable at room temperatures. After your order is dispatched, you will receive tracking information from our courier partners. Please note, we may ship your orders in multiple shipments. We offer free shipping on orders over Rs. 600 after discount.

How are fresh dips shipped?

Please note, the range of fresh dips from Wingreens and Saucery is only available in select pincodes across major metropolitan cities. Fresh orders are handpicked from stock held in our refrigerated warehouses. Our dips need to be refrigerated at all times. We deliver them via our own runner delivery network, not by courier to maintain the freshness of the products. Hence, we issue no tracking numbers for these deliveries.

How are COD orders shipped?

After an order is placed, our courier partner, WareIQ, will send you an order verification request via email and sms at your registered contact details. As per their standard policy, they will dispatch the order within 24 hours of receiving confirmation in response to their messages. Please note, We currently offer cash on delivery payment options for all orders except those containing fresh dips. We are only able to dispatch fresh dips as part of prepaid orders.

Can I edit, cancel, or return my order?

For cancellations and address revisions, please email us within 24 hours of placing your order so we can make the necessary changes before the order is dispatched. At this time, we are unable to edit the contents of your order after it is confirmed. We do not accept returns due to the perishable nature of the products.

How long does shipping take?

Orders are dispatched within 24-48 hours of an order confirmation. Most orders are delivered within 7 working days from the date of dispatch. Delivery of all orders will be duly done to the shipping address as mentioned by you at the time of placing the order.

Can we partner with you for offline sales or distribution?

For distribution and supply related queries, please send your contact number, email, location, pincode, and requirements to support@wingreens.in so we can forward your request to the sales team in your area.

What if the product is received in a damaged condition?

If you receive a damaged order, please call our customer care at 8800793638 or email us at support@wingreens.in, mentioning your Order ID. Please share a clear image of the damaged products as well, otherwise we will be unable to process a resolution.
