A hot samosa is one of India’s most famous and recognizable snacks! A delicious pastry stuffed with a spicy potato filling, this aloo samosa is guaranteed to be a hit at your Monsoon party or potluck. We’ve added a colorful twist to the traditional aloo samosa with Peri Peri Ketchup for an extra punch of saucy goodness in each bite! Take a break from playing and share a samosa or three with your loved ones.

Ingredients to make Peri peri samosa recipe :

2 cups all purpose flour (maida)
¼ cup oil
1 tsp carom seeds (ajwain)
5-8 Tbsp of water
2 chopped green chillies
4 potatoes
1 tbsp ginger garlic paste

Steps to make Peri peri samosa recipe :

1.
Mix flour, oil, carom seeds, and salt in a bowl.
2.
Add water gradually and knead until the dough is smooth.
3.
Divide it into 6 portions and roll each into a small ball.
4.
Boil potatoes until they are tender and mash them evenly.
5.
Mix the potatoes with chillies, Peri Peri Ketchup, ginger garlic paste, and salt.

Set aside

Tips for the perfect Peri peri samosa recipe :

Making the Samosa
1. Roll the dough balls into flat circles with about the same thickness and size as a chapati.
2. Join the edges to form a cone.
3. Stuff each cone with the potato filling and seal the edges with a little water.
4. Heat oil in a large saucepan and fry the samosas until they are golden brown.
5. Sprinkle extra chilli powder on top and serve with Wingreens Farms Peri Peri Ketchup.
