Roll out a few parathas in the morning, wrap them in foil, add them to a water proof tiffin or bag, and you’re set for the day. On the flip side of the paratha, hot aloo parathas also make for the perfect post-Holi meal. We added a hefty dose of Tandoori flavours to this quintessential dish to take it to new heights of deliciousness.

Ingredients to make Tandoori aloo paratha recipe:

2 potatoes
½ onion, chopped finely
1 green chilli, chopped finely
Fresh coriander leaves, chopped
1 cup atta
Water, as required

Steps to make Tandoori aloo paratha recipe:

1.
Boil the potatoes until they are tender.
2.
In the meantime, prepare your paratha dough by bringing atta together with water, a little salt, and a teaspoon of ghee. Add more water as needed and knead the dough until it is smooth.
3.
Mash the potatoes and mix them with chopped onion, green chilli, and coriander. Add a generous squeeze of Wingreens Farms Tandoori Sauce.
4.
Make 2 small balls out of the atta and use a rolling pin to flatten them into two thin rounds.
5.
Spread the tandoori aloo mixture evenly over one, then place the other on top. Pinch the edges to seal them and use the rolling pin to flatten the paratha.
6.
Heat up a tawa with ghee. Add a teaspoon of ghee to the top of the uncooked paratha. When the tawa is hot, place the paratha over the ghee and cook until the bottom is golden brown. Flip it and cook the other side, adding more ghee if you prefer.
7.
Repeat this process with the rest of the dough and aloo.
8.
7. Serve the parathas with extra tandoori sauce on the side!
