Ingredients to make Spicy spring rolls:

6 spring roll wrappers
1 cup vegetables of your choice: cabbage, carrots, green beans, spring onions, bell peppers, etc.
1 tbsp cornflour
1-2 tbsp water

Steps to make Spicy spring rolls:

1.
Grate or chop your vegetables into thin matchsticks. Stir fry them for 2 minutes on high heat until they soften slightly.

Remove from heat and toss with Schezwan Chilli Garlic Sauce, salt, and pepper until they are well coated, but not too saucy.
3.
Make a slurry by combining cornflour and water.
4.
Lay a spring roll wrapper on a flat surface. Add approx 2 tbsp of the filling to one side of the wrapper. Brush a little of the cornflour slurry on the opposite edge of the wrapper.
5.
Roll the spring roll tightly and seal the edges with the cornflour slurry to secure the filling. Roll the other spring rolls in the same way.
6.
Heat oil in a frying pan.

Fry the spring rolls until they are golden brown and crispy on all sides, rotating as needed to evenly cook them.
8.
Remove from heat and place them on a paper towel to drain the excess oil.
9.
Cut the Spicy Spring Rolls into bite sized pieces and serve them hot with more Schezwan Chilli Garlic Sauce on the side.
