No festive gathering is complete without desi finger food and papdi chaat makes for the perfect party snack! Papdi chaat (also known as papri chaat) is a popular street food item in North India. In this recipe, we added a twist to the traditional papdi chaat to make it more convenient and extra crunchy. Achieve the perfect snack in just 5 minutes with our sauces. Ingredients to make Party papdi bites:

12 Papdis
6 Tsp Wingreens Farms Garlic Dip
½ cup boiled potatoes, chopped
½ an onion, finely chopped
½ a tomato, finely chopped
Kashmiri chilli powder - lal mirch (to taste)
Roasted cumin powder - jeera (to taste)
Optional: sev, coriander

Steps to make Party papdi bites:

Mix the chopped tomato, onion, and potatoes in a bowl with salt, cumin powder, and red chilli.
Arrange papdis on a plate, leaving some distance between each.
Spread approximately half a teaspoon of Tandoori Mayo on each papdi
Scatter about a tablespoon of boiled potatoes, chopped onion and tomatoes on each papdi.
Squeeze a dollop of Garlic Dip, coriander, and sev, if you so choose, on top.
Serve immediately for maximum crunch!
