The Holi munchies are real! This desi bhel recipe is fun, yet filling, and makes enough makhanas to snack on all day long. Makhanas are super healthy, but they don’t have to be boring. Adding a dash of delicious makhani dip brings vibrant colours and flavours to the humble makhana, taking this chaat to a whole new level!

Ingredients to make Makhani makhana bhel recipe:

1 small onion, diced
1 small tomato, deseeded and chopped finely
Fresh coriander
2 cups unroasted makhanas
Lemon juice

Steps to make Makhani makhana bhel recipe:

1.
Heat 1 tbsp of oil in a kadhai or wok.
2.
Toast makhanas until lightly golden. Remove from heat.
3.
Toss the warm makhanas with Wingreens Farms Makhani Dip, diced tomatoes, and onions.
4.
Garnish with fresh coriander and lemon juice.
