Ingredients to make Makhani grilled chicken:

500g chicken breasts
4 tbsp Spice Rack All-in-one Makhani Spice Mix (1 tbsp per chicken breast)
1 tbsp Lemon Juice

Steps to make Makhani grilled chicken:

Coat the chicken breasts evenly with Salt, Pepper, and All-in-one Makhani Spice Mix. Let them marinate for at least 20 minutes.
Heat up a grill pan or frying pan over medium heat. Add oil.
Place chicken breasts on the pan and cover the pan partially with a lid. Let the chicken breasts cook, undisturbed, until the bottom sides turn golden brown.
Flip the chicken and cook the other side, uncovered (about 5 minutes).
Avoid overcooking the chicken as this could make it tough and chewy.
