Your favourite breakfast side gets a kick of spice! Our Tandoori sauce provides a convenient and affordable taste upgrade to any food. We customized our favorite hash brown recipe with a kick of Indian spices guaranteed to satisfy anyone with a spicy tooth. 

Here’s what you need to do:

Ingredients to make Hashbrowns:

5-6 potatoes (approx. 500 g)
½ tsp salt

1 tsp

¼ cup flour Optional: 2 tbsp finely chopped onions
Optional: 2 tbsp grated cheese
Chopped coriander for garnish

Steps to make Hashbrowns:

1.
Peel potatoes.

Grate the potatoes into shreds. Make sure to squeeze the moisture out with your hands (if you prefer, you can wrap them in a cheesecloth and wring them out).

In a mixing bowl, combine the grated potatoes, flour, Tandoori Sauce, All-in-one Smoked Tandoori Spice Mix, and onions or cheese if you have chosen to include them.
4.
Form little patties and shallow fry them until the bottoms are golden brown. Flip and cook them until you achieve the same color on the other side.
5.
Serving with more Tandoori Sauce.

Tips for the perfect Hashbrowns:

1. For a gluten free version of these hash browns, feel free to substitute white flour with the same amount of gram flour (besan). Chickpeas are naturally gluten free.
