Soft on the inside and crispy on the outside, these air-fried potatoes make for a great game night snack. Loaded with succulent herbs, these potatoes pack a crunch! The best part of this recipe is that you can let the fryer do the work, set the timer and get back to the game until they’re ready. These potato wedges are perfect for your friends and family when the half-time munchies hit. (pro tip: Make them cheesy by squeezing Wingreens Cheesy Sauce on top!)

Ingredients to make Crispy potato wedges:

500 g potatoes
½ tsp Dried Oregano Leaves
½ tsp Dried Thyme Leaves
½ tsp Dried Rosemary Leaves
½ tsp Dried Basil Leaves
2 tsp vegetable oil
Salt and pepper to taste

Steps to make Crispy potato wedges:

Thoroughly wash the potatoes and pat them dry before chopping them into wedges. Leave the peels on, they will crisp up beautifully in the air fryer.
In a mixing bowl, toss the potatoes with oil, herbs, and salt until each piece is well coated.
Heat up the air fryer to 180ºC. Put the potatoes in the compartment in a single layer. Leave a little distance between each piece for air to circulate in and crisp up each wedge evenly.
Air-fry for 15 minutes or until the wedges are fluffy in the middle and crispy on the outside. Take them out and let them rest for a minute or two.
Optionally, squeeze Wingreens Farms Cheesy Sauce on top of the potato wedges or serve it alongside!
