What's not to love about a vada pav? A delicacy from Bombay loved by all! This perfect chai time snack gives you a kick of spice, waking you up from your midday blues. We've added a twist to the traditional vada pav by pairing it with our Mint Mayo to add a chatpata kick!

Ingredients to make Chatpata vada pav:

2 Boiled Potatoes
A handful of Curry leaves
2 Green Chillies
Spice Rack All in one Punjabi Kadhai Spice Mix
2 Cups Gram Flour (besan)
Water
Salt as per taste
Oil
Pav buns

Steps to make Chatpata vada pav:

1.
Mash boiled potatoes

In a pan, heat oil
3.
Add green chillies and 2 Tbsp of Spice Rack all in one kadhai mix
4.
Add mashed potatoes and cook for 2 mins

Set aside

Mix gram flour and water to form a batter
7.
Add sufficient oil in a large saucepan for deep frying

Form the potato mixture into balls
9.
Coat potato mixture in batter and deep fry until golden brown
10.
Slit pav in the centre and spread Wingreens Farms bhut sriracha sauce and Tandoori Sauce
11.
Add fried potato balls
12.
Sandwich together
13.
Serve Hot!
