Ingredients to make Achaari poha:

2 cups poha
1 medium potato, chopped into small pieces
1 small onion, chopped finely
2 sprigs curry leaves (kadhi patta)
1 green chilli, chopped finely (optional)
2-3 tsp Spice Rack All-In-One Achaari Spice Mix
Fresh Coriander leaves, chopped
½ cup Wingreens Dill Tzatziki
2-3 tbsp water

¼ cup

Steps to make Achaari poha:

1.
Wash poha in a sieve and let it rest for a few minutes to drain the water.
2.
In a kadhai, heat some oil on medium heat. We recommend using Organik Country’s cold pressed sunflower oil.
3.
Saute the potatoes and onions with mustard seeds, green chilli, and curry leaves till the onions are translucent and potatoes are crisp on the outside and tender in the middle.
4.
Add the poha with Achaari Spice Mix and mix well. Lower the heat and cover the pan for 3-5 minutes until the poha is soft. Fold in the Bengaluru Masala Peanuts.
5.
In the meantime, prepare the tzatziki raita by combining Wingreens Dill Tzatziki and enough water to achieve your preferred texture. Add onions or cucumber for crunch.
6.
Serve the poha with a coriander garnish and tzatziki raita on the side.
