Ingredients to make Achari paneer tikka:

1 onion (cut into large pieces)
1 bell pepper (cut into large pieces)
1 tomato (cut into large pieces)
500 g paneer (cut into cubes)
3-4 tbsp Wingreens All in One Achaari Spice Mix
To Marinade: Wingreens Farms Garlic Dip
Optional: Coriander for garnish

Steps to make Achari paneer tikka:

1.
Preheat your oven to 200°C.

Slice paneer into large cubes. Marinate the paneer and vegetables in Garlic Dip and Achaari Spice Mix for at least 30 minutes. Sprinkle salt to taste.

On skewers, slide 3-4 pieces of paneer with chunks of onion, tomato, and bell pepper. Drizzle with oil. Place the skewers on a baking sheet. Alternatively, evenly spread the ingredients in an oven-safe pan.

Bake the paneer for 15 minutes until it’s soft.
5.
Set your oven to the broil setting and cook the paneer until slightly charred (about 5 minutes).

Tips for the perfect Achari paneer tikka:

1. You can saute the paneer in a pan on the stove too!
