Deep in the forests of the Narmada Valley, where wildflowers, medicinal herbs, and ancient trees grow undisturbed, the Bhil and Bhilala tribal communities have practised traditional honey gathering for generations. Safe Harvest Wild Forest Honey is collected by these skilled forest gatherers from wild beehives in untouched forest canopy — never from farmed apiaries, never from artificially fed bee colonies. This is honey as it existed before industrial beekeeping was invented.

Wild forest honey is fundamentally different from the farmed honey that fills most supermarket shelves. Farmed honey is produced by bees fed sugar syrup to supplement their diet diluting the honey's natural flavour, reducing its nutritional density, and introducing a flatness of taste that no amount of marketing can disguise. Safe Harvest Wild Forest Honey is produced entirely from the nectar of wildflowers and forest plants native to the Narmada Valley ecosystem giving it a complex, bold, earthy depth of flavour with layers of sweetness that vary naturally from batch to batch, exactly as wild honey should.

Most honey sold in India is also heavily adulterated, mixed with sugar syrups, rice syrup, or other sweeteners to increase volume and reduce cost. This adulteration is virtually undetectable by standard testing. Safe Harvest Wild Forest Honey is NMR (Nuclear Magnetic Resonance) tested, the gold standard in honey authenticity testing that can detect even sophisticated adulteration that conventional tests miss. Every batch is additionally tested in NABL-accredited third-party laboratories for 200+ synthetic pesticide residues, heavy metals, and aflatoxins. The reports are public, batch-wise, and verifiable: scan the QR code on your jar and confirm what you are eating before you open it.

Totally unprocessed and unpasteurised, Safe Harvest Wild Forest Honey retains its full natural profile of enzymes, antioxidants, vitamins, and minerals that are permanently destroyed when honey is heated or over-filtered. Rich in natural antibacterial and anti-inflammatory compounds, it actively supports immunity, aids digestion, helps fight bacteria, and promotes overall wellness in ways that processed honey simply cannot. Some crystallisation is completely natural in raw honey, it is in fact a sign of purity. Simply place the jar in warm water to restore it to its liquid form.
