Himachali Rhododendron Chutney (250g)

Rhododendron, literally translating to 'rosy red tree' is found in the regions near the Himalayas, with bright pink to scarlet red colored flowers. The flowers, besides being a sight for the sore eyes, also find purpose in various herbal and medicinal usages.

The Rhododendron or Buransh Chutney made by the locals is sweet and sour in taste and is a celebrated delicacy of the region and is a must have kitchen staple! Our ode to this local chutney is made with by local artisans with indigenous ingredients, to preserve the one-of-a-kind flavours of this Himachali delicacy.
