How to Use

Known to be high in natural fats and vitamins, black sesame oil has a low smoke point, making it unsuitable for deep frying, but an excellent option for using in sauces and stir fries or as a condiment. Make the most of its delicious and distinct aroma, just remember to “close sesame” before storing it.
